My Own Servers!!!!

Hey BlackHawk here, i know u guys havent heard much from me in a few months, thats because CS has pulled me in!! I have a few Questions that hopefully someone can answer:
1) Where can i get Admin MODs for my server?
2) What is the command for allowing someone else to have Admin powers?
3) How can i speak to the players in a game if my server is Deticated?

Please answer ASAP if u have answers to my questions!!

K for the admin mods try http://www.adminmod.org as far as the site and how to make other admins try refering back to you TFC Maunal, that will also be the same for a CS Server I would imagine. Let me know if you find other sites or info if you would please.

Too add more admins take there won id and add them to your users.ini file in your tfc folder when you insxtall admin mod
