LOL, that kicks some serious ass!

I've never lived by JD7 or JD9, but I did have one neighbor who decided he needed to use his chainsaw to clean up a broken tree branch at 4am... that was nice.

I think JD8 has some relatives here in Texas. I have seen a few of them. Thankfully I don't live next to them!

Ok a lot of the stuff was pretty annoying, but sometimes the guy was just being uptight. Wow he put up a brick mailbox! He's the devil! BURN HIM!

I really don't see what is so funny. I mean what that guy did seems pretty normal to me. The guy is just working on his home and making it a comfortable place for his family to live.

come you didn't think I was serious. The best was when he was changing the flag out he put the flag on the ground(bastard). Oh and Avenger I think you are missing the point about the mailbox and stuff. Its not that he did it, it is the method and poor design that he employs. When you own a home you want the value to go up in time not down. What this guy was doing was potentially bringing the property value of his home and the homes around him down.

I live in a Townhouse, but that doesn't stop the people next door to me from being typical white trash. Nothing wakes you up in the morning then your neighbor yelling and screaming at his family for some God awefull reason. Then the little kid that reminds me of Bobby from King of the Hill comes screaming out of the home slaming his bike up against my car and his parents as he tries to get out of the carport area with no regard to other people's property. And I want even go into my neighbor's Harley era that was thankfully short.

Well, for the American flag, it's supposed to be sacred. If it touches the ground, you should burn it.

2 summers ago, I was in Europe... one of the places we went to was a US military cemetary in France... we were there at 5pm, when they were closing it to visitors, and taking the flags down. This is a US Parks Service station, not some local cemetary, mind you... For the flag lowering, they had the typical Taps, and lowering of the flag, then instead of folding the flag in the standard triangular pattern, some schmuck just wadded it up, tucked it under his arm, and walked away. I could hardly believe it. That is supposed to be hallowed ground, with as much respect shown for the fallen soldiers as possible, and some idiot doesn't even fold the flag.

Any Boyscout, veteran, or generally upstanding citizen knows you ALWAYS fold the flag.

Oh so it's kinda like the cross or the holy grail or something eh? Didn't realise that. Don't have any special ceremonies for our flag. Or do we? I don't really know. JD fill me in on our flag ceremonies!
