dam how many people does everyone have? after reading posts a talkign about # of comps, roof's 8, obh 4, mikey 5, i was wondering how many computers peoples have...hah my measly 3 and numerous cannabalized corpses and burned out scrap in the basement...

in the house, 2, that are used, mine which is good, and then another one that parents use that is crap

, and then some old wreckage from like 8 years ago in the basement that no one uses, plus.. um.. 2 gateway laptops that are about 3 and 4 years old respectively, and one other laptop that actually belongs to my moms office that can connect to the corporate networky thing.

so a lot, but really only 2.

I have the 4 that are up and running as you mentioned. We have one being shipped from California, should arrive any day now, and I have one sitting on the floor that is not hooked up. It is a dinosaur. I probably have enough parts in the house to assemble two more fully functional puters. All we need is cases.

We loooove computers! Oh yeah, I guess this is pertinent, we have 3 people in our household.

I have two, was going to build up a third but decided to wait for the new AMD chips to come out. Then its upgrade to DDR333 or better and OC like mad. Been really wanting to do watercooling so maybe Ill try that on my old system, who knows.

Do ya have a cold cathode in that rig of yours Pond?, with that window that would be pretty cool, or some neon.

I have my current GODBOX, which is now like 3 1/2 years old, so it's not a GODBOX anymore... time for a bigass upgrade, coming up!

I have 3 others that are in various states of use/disrepair... I don't have a place to set them up, so I don't use 'em for anything.

Well, at work, I have 2 in my office...but since I am network admin I have about 180 at my disposal.

Not to mention 14 servers.
But, really, just the 2 that I use daily.

At home I am down to 2, after selling or parting my other 4.
