LAG!!!!!!

omg...I had to leave TV1 tonight because of the extreme lag. I was spiking to a ping of about 4999. I left after dying 2-3 times, and joined Monks House. Unfortunately, I was lagging like a dirty b*tch there too. I immediately left Half-Life and downloaded a net monitor to see if our internet was lagging, but no, I am running at around 800KB/s, so I know its not MY internet connection.

Any answers?? Is it my comp? Or was TV1 freakin out last night at aroun midnight??

Ok, please understand that you probably go though 10 to 15 hops from your machine to our server. Try downloading Visualroute from http://www.visualroute.com. Plug in your ip address and our server ip address and see how many hops there really are. And remember, any router along the way can be the cause of the trouble.

It means he has a lag of about 5. He's in the same building as TV5 is.
