Where'd the NEO go?

I was playing last night on TV3 and I noticed that I couldn't build specials. What has happened to NEO

? I love NEO on defence. Heh, it was probably best we didn't have MG's though because with 4 engy's that we had that would be 8 guns. Would've been rough on the other team. So, what servers is NEO on nowadays? And why was it taken off TV3?

This is a educated guess. TV3 will be used for a match on Friday. Neo will not be used. Turning it off and on is tricky. It is probably a test. I'm sure it will be back to normal soon if not already.

I wouldn't think it would be too difficult to turn NEO on and off if you have direct access to the server. Maybe they have to control it by remote, and that makes it more difficult...Oh and what's up for this Friday ROOF, I've heard it's on, I've heard it's off...now I'm just confused.
