Anyone know how to limit my frames per seconds?

Why would you want to limit your FPS? The new half-life netcode isn't affected by your FPS. However, the command is:

fps_max "x"

I've been converting demo's to video flies and 68 fps makes it way to much work 30 is a lot better for me
