Just wondering what plugins or commands you admins use to change players' models to chickens.

It's a "Feature" in the latest version of Neo.

I don't think it's part of NEO Snaggle. From as far as I can tell it's just a plugin for admin mod. Read more about the chicken mod at http://joe.to/chicken.html and Admin Mod at http://www.adminmod.org/ Funny to have chickens running around everywhere. Ummm...tastes like chicken.

The actual console command is admin_chicken player name or you can turn a whole team into chickens admin_chicken 1 or 2, 1 being blue 2 is red.admin_unchicken player name or 1 or 2 turns them back.Chickens can still throw nades so I haven't used it for Llamas but some people want to be chickens just for the fun of it

is there a command that allows players to turn themselves into chickens? this would be fun since you wouldn't have to wait for an admin to try it. Of course this would open the door for all kinds of new llama-rific behavior.

I would like to see a mod where you can be different farm animals, like cows, chickens (of course), pigs, horses...

Only admins can run this command right now, sorry.

If you could stop the chicken from throwing nades, using special neo commands and flag running this would be a great way to humilitate llamas but for now it's just f'n funny to be a chicken sometimes.

I too would like to see other farm animals in the next release especially a full size llama that could do nothing but run around and get killed by both teams, now that would be funny instant justice to any llama @$$

Well, you could technicaly give the chicken level access to everyone if you edit this line in the source:

#define ACCESS_CHICKEN 8192

and change that number to 1024. Then open up server.cfg and find this line:

default_access 0

Change the 0 to 1024. That should work in theory.. might want to test it out first. AM manual says access level 1024 is unused, so that shouldn't make any admin commands public (except of course admin_chicken).

I think the only way to change the chicken model is on the client side.. and that involves just renaming any mdl file to 'chick.mdl' and overwriting the old one. I have a Mr Hanky player model, but when I tried to switch them, Mr Hanky got shrunk to the size of the chicken.. so its not really practacal. I think you have to edit the dll plugin itself to change model size or name. But that source isn't public (I think).

Well, that sounds good cstone, but I think this would be better:

Well, you could technicaly give the chicken level access to everyone if you edit this line in the source:

#define ACCESS_Admin_slay 8192

and change that number to 1024. Then open up server.cfg and find this line:

default_access 0

Change the 0 to 1024. That should work in theory.. might want to test it out first. AM manual says access level 1024 is unused, so that shouldn't make any admin commands public (except of course admin_chicken).

I think everyone can agree that that would be much better

P.S. is it possible to turn people to chickens in DoD?

Wouldn't setting everyone access level to 1024 allow everyone to have all levels under that, kind of like how the highest level is capable of doing everyone? It would be better to define the level as 0 or 1 (if you were going to have map votes) right?
