Does anyone know where i can get a cool easy to use skin creator for windows. i wanna kinda customize my desktop and things but all the ones i download are too hard to use for my lazy @$$. I also would like one with some presets. if you can help post it here.

Are you using XP? If not, there isn't much you can do except change the theme.

Does the interface look like it was designed for a 5 year old? Lots of bright primary colors? If so, it's XP.
