a little too much of Avanti...?

I don't follow too much the forum, so maybe this has already been addressed, however I'm thinking there maybe a little too much of Avanti on TV servers. I'm happy with variety, thus its fine to see Crossover2, Acropolis, Warpath, Casbah on some servers, but it seems to me Avanti is on every servers. Of course, I'm not fond of that map so maybe my judgment is tainted. Do you think it would be a good idea to run some maps from TFC leagues, like Tempest, mulch_Trench, etc from time to time?

In any case, I will accept the way it is. I like to play on those servers

Since your new here I will let you in on a few things. One theVille use to be Avantiville. The reason many people come here and for the numerous number of Regulars is because of Avanti. You will notice that TV1 is all Avanti. So in summary Avanti is the cornerstone of theVille. That is why you see it on so many of our servers.

Avanti certainly won't go but custom maps are a welcome relief. The problem is it takes time before they start to fill up. This leaves a server idle for just a few.
So for a custom to make it it needs support. If you see one up go play on it. This may keep it in rotation.

All hail Avanti! I would love to see one of the servers playing magic or dust, I have them d/l'ed but Ihaven't been able to play them on the ville yet

Avanti is one of the main reason I come here. It's probably my favorite all time map. Warpath is also a good map and I'm glad to see that TV6 will be running it. Long live AVANTI and The Ville.

I had a great time last night on TV6, it was just me, JD, and War, and someone else who i forget (sorry =), and we played like Dusk, and Magic, and stuff, and twas fun.

mmmmmmmm, Avanti. The reason I came to the illustrius confines of TheVille. The beautiful views from the bell-tower, the fabulous atmosphere at La Panneteria, the cooling shade of the numerous awnings, the wonderful view of the courtyard from the balcony, the secluded darkness of the little room, and the secure confines of the sandbags.
