how do i find my won id?

Search for yourself. It's on your stat page. Here's a direct link to the search, or you can go to stats --> search on the toolbar.

Also if you playing the game you can bring down the console and type userlist you will see your name and then your WonID

Enter a game and bring down your console. enter status. You should see your info. It will also list everyone elses so if its going by to quick use your page up or page down key to keep it in view.
You will not find it in the stats as you have to be able to play here for that to work.

You'll need to enable the console by putting "-console" at the end of the shortcut that you use to lanuch half-life (without the quotes). Then use your "~" key in game as the others have said.
