ANNOUCEMENT: new tag for ALL Ville Regulars

I realize that everyone can't get into TVB or we'd have 150 members. There are also clans based on The Ville (eg. njk, db+ok, DEFIANCE.) There are also many regulars that aren't in clan here who are regulars.

So here's my idea. A new tag at the end of your name much like a -tpf tag. This tag will show your support for The Ville and ANYONE can wear it. The tag will be -VR standing for Ville Regular. I was thinking also of -VS which would mean Ville Supporter. For some reason the word "supporter" didn't seem right. What do you all think of this?

I was toying with the idea of starting "NVR" New Ville Regs, but I was trying to find a way to make "NKVD" fit... New K-something Ville D-something... I wasn't planning on doing anything about it for a while though... I'm still pretty new here.

right now, my (TVB-H) clan (LOL) is ranked #12 in total kills... and it's just me! MUWAHAHAHA

Sounds like a great way to support TheVille. Hopefully, we won't have to hear in game discussions about a supposed non reg wearing the tag. That would be silly. Other than that, it sounds like a great idea.

Then maybe the -VS tag would be better since it doesn't imply about what qualifies as a reg.

I think that is a great idea!

Mayby we should make it so that your not supposed to wear it until your status on the forum becomes "Pro" and anybody over posting just to get to Pro will have their post number reset to 0.

OR

Frag handpicks 10 or 20 right now and they start a voting system to let members in a private forum we can create for them here.

And then mayby.... if possible.... have 1 or 2 spots reserved on each server for VR members.

I think this is a cool idea. And for practical purposes it wouldn't hurt to know in game who is actually a noob and who is just someone I haven't played with yet.
