Once the VIP dies, the round is over..

It's called admin_stack. You can do it manually, but it takes a lot of time and practice, and good connections for all involved. Oh, and no shooting...

I can't find the link, but I've seen a 31 person stack in aztec. I also have screen shot of a bomb places (if you've every played the map you can tell) in the wrong place. (Yes that is also a bomb timer from ogc in the corner). It was on a server with all cheaters, so nothing bad happened to real people.

I was the only person on that knew how to plant it there... It's fun watching people that are cheating get out hacked  The first few times they were running around wondering where the hell it was.
