About gettin into TVB (confusion)

I've heard a lot that to get into TVB you have to be invited by a current member... Which struck me as perfectly logical, so I've not said anything about it the year + ive been here...

I was just in a game tonight, and over heard JCoM talking to someone about getting into TVB (I tried to ask him but I kept being (DEAD) when he wasnt and vice versa so he didn't hear me), and he said to sign up on the board somehow, and that then someone would decide if you could get in or something??

So which is it? Cause if you gotta sign up then I want to do that lol..

I believe that Frag is the man. He decides when and if we are allowing new players. I would not bug him to much though. That really gets his goat!
