Dell Tech Support... 
I hate the music they play while on hold.. (I hate Kenny G!!)
and being on hold for 15+ minutes while being transfered..

yeah i hate the tech support...i did it online so they gave me a survey to do...it amused me cause i just siad that they sucked a lot repeatedly then told em im never buying a dell again cause their supporst is such $hit

the only good part of the call was that I was given permission from the boss to give them as much crap as I wanted (but not like I really needed her to give the go ahead  )

Sheesh, you guys that have to call Tech Support.........
Just ask your Uncle Pervie and I will answer all your questions.
Oh, and sometimes the answer may just be call tech support, but not often

I was told to, the machine (Dell GX620) is still under warrantee. So we get to have them come down and replace the hard drive for no $$

You should have called me.....Not that I would have replaced the drive but I could have entered the call and had the drive shipped to you and you could have replaced it yourself
Oh, you would have had to send back the old drive too, but it would be free via UPS.
Hmmm, actually I dont think I can do warranty work on US systems...but it never hurts to try.
