I <3 the brits, you have great senses of humor, i just hate playing as british on DoD because they have crap weapons

Apparently it was lost on Valve that the US supplied great britain with lots of BAR's, Garands, and Thompson's during WW2.

Oh well.

i used to think that the brit weapons were crap too... but then i saw the light. and in fact while there are only a few to choose from i think that they are actually the 3 or 4 best weapon in the game.

the enfield.. as accurate as the KAR and 6 more shots per clip. how can you go wrong?

the bren.. runs just like a BAR except the slip... is twice as big.

scoped enfield... same benefit as a regular enfield.

the sten... well a smg is a smg for the most part but i like this just as much as a thompson.

only bad part of the brits is they lack a fast mg ( which on most maps you can find boatloads of because the enfields can pick them off) and a gas powered rifle... but the garand is so much worse than the k43 what is the benefit of being allied anyways?
