...or check your firewall settings...very often this is a firewall issue....

i retryed like 10 times it does not work, j/w does uninstalling it and reinstalling it work?

It could be a firewall blocking it. Here's a support page that might help:

Try one or more of these programs to find and remove it. I just use Defender and it seems to work fine.
