Create an image 80x80 pixels and upload it into your profile.
Like take part of your sig or another image!

In your profile, scroll down to the bottom to the Avatar Control Panel, and stick the URL ^^^^^^ (thnx Rep!) into the second box (upload from URL).

If it doesn't appear, try putting the URL in the third box!
