So does anyone know how to read these things??
My problem is this..
Last night I notcied some of my programs running a bot slower than usual, so this morning I ran a Spyboy and Anti-Virus scans, as well as Disk Cleanup, Defrag and Disk Check. Yet still Task Manager show that my CPU is running 100% without ever decreasing.

Well, for the most part your log looks clean with nothing that alarming. I wasn't sure what "a_lsp.dll" was, but it seems to be installed by xfire. I generally do not like to see *.exe files being launched from the system32 directory. You might check on the ones you have, but from what I see they should be ok.
If your CPU is running at 100%, what program/file is utilizing it? Is it explorer.exe? _________________

Actually I just fixed it this morning. There was a process called "Tcpsvcs.exe" that was running my CPU at 99%, ended it and CPU usage was back to normal.
The problem came from "TCP/IP version 6" apparently, it has something to do with DHCP and Print and Folder sharing I believe, but all I had to do was uninstall TCP/IP 6 and it was gone! _________________
