well you know... back before my comp foxed up and before i couldn't pay for my internet i used to sit there logged into the server for hours before anyone would come in... i find its good to have everyone on your buddylist on steam and pm them when you wanna play... another good way to do it is to come on the forum here and make a message that says "TV1 TV1 TV1 TV1 TV1 TV1 TV1" in the topic... it stands out on the recent posts part of the main page and everyone knows what it means so they get on sometimes...
or you could just get a TV on your desk also and watch it while you wait... either that or hook a console up to it... or even minimize your game and type on here... many things you can do
