I wanted to be a profiler. Uh didn't happen. The insane chemistry classes were just way too much to swallow.
My wife has an assoc. in Business Law from the same school. That's where we met.
Now I scare people for a living and she is trying to start a career in photography. Go figure. I changed my major and my minor five times in three years! Somehow, I made it out of there with a couple cheesy degrees, a wife, a baby girl, and massive hangover.

Yeah, I am with you there on the 5 year track Caulk. But I am on the 5 year track because last year I came into OSU as a Mech Eng major, and then I realized that designing radiators and catalytic converters wasn't something I wanted to be doing the rest of my life. SO, after some discussion with people who knew what they talking about, I switched to Industrial Design (Product Design, like designing stuff, like everything from remote controls to EEG machines) and then I found out the design department at OSU is one of the best in the nation, and being that, it is also THE most competitive major here at the university. In order to get in, you have to complete the entrance exam, which is 3 weeks of HELL that determine the rest of your life. Also, for Industrial Design, there are about 50 or so applicants for 18 spots. (in Visual Communications, which is like Web design, advertising, etc, there are usually about 120 applicants for 18 spots, and for Interior Design there are about 40 apps for 18 spots) So, since I came in as engineering, I didn't think to save, much less, preserve, most of the work I did in 4 years of High School art classes. Well, needless to say, I was a bit scared to take the entrance exam that first year, considering that you only get two chances. So, I didn't apply last year because I scared out of my wits, but I applied this year, after building my portfolio and gaining confidence in my skills as a designer.
hehe, theres my story. Anyone else got a good college story about how they ended up where they are?

I finished my BS degree 10 years ago in Mathematics, and completed my MS in Statistics two years later. I am still in college, but I am an instructor. I teach Algebra, Statistics and Calculus at a junior college.
Thought about going on to get a Ph.D., but we all know what BS is...MS is just more of the same...Ph.D. is just Piled Higher and Deeper...
