yeah... so i figured out what was wrong... i opened it up and turned on... it seems 2 of my 3 fans are broken now... so theres no way for the heat to escape... lame... i gotta go buy some new ones with money that i dont have before i can play again... cause anytime i try using my system at higher levels it almost frys |

awwww cmon!! there has to be something in that ambulance that has an extra fan or 2 .
If not, no worries. All you need is an old vacuum cleaner, a role of duct tape, a screw driver, and a 2 lds. baby sledge hammer. _________________

get those fans. trust me
had something similar a couple of years ago. not enough ventilation in the box. decided to leave the side off.
worked great for about a month.
then it stopped working. after checking it out, evrything except the HD was fried.

yeah... i could take the side off but still after awhile it'd still all fry... as for buying new fans... moneys tight right now so i have to wait till like the second pay check of the new job i'm getting ... so prolly about 4 and a half weeks... no DOD for 4 and a half weeks... **croaks** ... well its only 8 bucks for a day pass at CW so i might just start go'n there everyone once in awhile... plus i can technically do my new job hand'n out smokes at CW cause after 10pm its 18 and up |

Just make it water cooled.
Caulk up the entire inside and get all the the holes and cracks. Then, if it is a tower flip it on its side, fill it with water from your standard water hose. The water will disperse the heat and keep the system cool.
There was once a thread on the interent where a guy did that, but I cannot find it anymore. Man, that was funny. _________________
