Hello all you sane people! Team Section 8, led by Captain Stevo, is officially here with our opening speech!
Deep in the heart of my enemy across the way beats the solemn sound of my shovel against his head from which comes the powerful wretched scream of Penguin Overlord. We are here, not as cute, fish eatin', feathered birds who have lost their feathers, NO! We come as ferocious enemies of your respective team marching with shovels in wing and knives in our feet!
We are to be known and we are to be feared for our terrifying ability to destroy your steely cans of salmon used in the production of bullets of acid indigestion. Toilet paper made from recycled steel belted radial tires, covered in taco sauce so hot that all will bow down and drag their fiery butts to the crescent wrench factory silencing the meddlings of teams.
We are not afraid to douse ourselves in gasoline and throw grenades at ourselves while our enemies die laughing. I thought I told myself that I would always take all of you to the edge of sound judgement and deep into the chasm of your own stupid mediocrity and many other funny commercials.
Section 8 is here to toss Canadian beer at hairy heads of our enemies, conquering gerbils, sheep, goats, and squirrels as we reach the zenith of really bad TV reception of The Ville Cup 2006!
Section 8: Discharge from the United States military for reason of being mentally unfit for service. (i.e. We're crazy!)

Now this speech is nothing to laugh at. It was carefully constructed 5 words at a time by our members. This is serious business, it describes exactly what is going to happen in the cup. Pay close attention to the recycled toilet paper at that factory!

Believe it or not, we toiled over this speech for many a day. And I'll be the first to admit, it's makes no sense to me other than we think we're a brigade of Kamikaze Penguins.
Stevo will probably blame that one on me............

If the battle for the Ville Cup is half as big as the war of words leading up to it, then this just might be the battle to end all battles.
As for the chances of Section 8, I make no bold statements or speculation. I jus wouldn't underestimate the guys in the straightjackets. 
At the end of all this competition, may the champions be proud but humble and the losers not bitter in their defeat.

I'm pretty sure Stevo or Mad Max would wear it on their heads while running through the streets naked. Me, well, I'm not nearly as inventive as they are. I'd just fill it up with tequila and pass it around to the winners and losers alike. As members of The Ville, we're all worthy, but only a few reign supreme.
As for the rest of the team, the images I conjure are far too disturbing to discuss. Best just leave that madness alone.
