I've supported the ville, now I've got a couple questions I'd like to ask the admins just not sure what admin I need to talk to?

ya, I donated and I never got a email thanking me for supporting or anything telling me all the benefits of supporting...I saw the benefits web page, but it took 3 weeks after I donated for them to get me my avatar

Oh well...and I never got access to that reserverd slot...

I'm sure setting up an automatic email to those that support TheVille, once payment has been received, wouldn't be that difficult. It would save alot of confusion. Just tell them what they can get and how. - Or even direct them to an appropriate link that gives all the info - other than passwords ofcourse.

I am a supported (well paid money and haven't got info yet) but I don't want/need access or anything - just wanted to give some money in little way of thanks for the work they have done and do.

sorry for the late reply...but this matter is getting resolved as we are working on a new system of doing it...

preacherman an automatic system was in place prior to this and it was not very effective as it would crash or not allow people to get what they wanted...the easiest way to do it is by hand until we find another system...at the momment we are transfering things and it should all be resolved soon i believe...do not worry all the months you did not get what you were entitled for will not count towards your intial payment.
