I have the greatest amount of hate for you... in a good way. I love Breck. Did you eat at my resturant, Downstairs at Eric's?

We once stayed in a ski in condo on four o'clock run. We could take bonanza to 4o'clock and ski down almost to main street before hitting the back door. It was sweet. I am downloading the video to watch.

It's good to see an other villun-boarder!

I stayed at the Breck Village. It's pretty much like you were saying. You can almost board up to your back door. I got more stuff if you wanna see more. The sequence shot of me was at Mammoth a couple of weeks ago.
The snow at Breck was awesome. The snow at Mammoth a couple of weeks ago was even better. Freshies everywhere!!! I'm working on getting some footage. I just bought a digital camcorder to mess around with up on the hill.

Oh... we pretty much ate from the Gourmet Cabby pizza/subs/etc

Ever notice how many pizza shops are around ski resorts?

I miss the snow too!

I have a Sims board, Sims boots and I need new bindings cause I've worn out the old ones!

Where I live, I have the choice of about 10 resorts to choose from, most of them within an hour or two's drive. Whistler/Blackcomb is an early start coz it's about 3hrs away.
My local resort is Manning which has dry, dry snow. Nothing sweeter than the first person down a double black with fresh powder. They have a couple of natural bowls there too which makes for great carving!

Not into tricks/stunts...I leave that for the kids ....I just love speed carving!

So I can't wait til Winter...get out the ol' wax and iron!

BTW, I'm taking bookings for the 2010 Olympics!!

Actually I have a whole bunch of friends who used to ski, then became firm boarders for years but then recently went back to skiing again.
I'll just stick to my snowboard!

Ya, I would say that skiing in the board parks has definitly ramped up in the last few years. I still think boarding looks and feels alot smoother. Who wants to deal with 2 poles and 2 skis anyway?
