Word doc

my grandma typed up a story of her trip with her and my grandpa and she wrote this last year. its on a floppy disk, she is running windows ME and i tried to open it but it wont heres wat it says in the box...

The document name or path is invalid. Try these suggestions.
*Check the file permissions for document or drive.
*Use open file dialog box to locate document
(A:/Europe1974.doc)

i dont know wat to do is there any program that u can use??

try copying it to your hard drive and renaming it.

Yep, copy it off chances are the disk is toast. Hope theres a backup of it somehwere.

i finally got it, all i did was scan the disk for errors and it was fine!! thanx anyways!!!
