Anyone out there in Ville Ville going to try this game?.....I started downloading...but only got to 38% ...and that took 2 freakin" hours. So I will hopefullly try again to finished it tomorrow, and get to play it.

Just curious....I think the trailer for it looks awesome...the maps look really good...alot larger....like BF42 type maps.

I'm waiting for some opinions of other players before I shell out the cash. I will most likely play though.

I might investigate it at some point - seems a lot of people on their forums are having issues if zonealarm is installed.

Zonealarm seems to create issue's with all games to one point or another.

Ok....I have been playing this for a couple of days now.....like Dakon said...its not a run and gun FPS....alot of people in the game keep saying its more realistic...but...I don't see that at all.

I simply don't like the way the "players" are controled....too slow for me...they don't move that natural for me.
THere are not crosshairs(only iron sights) in the game for any infantry except snipers...and the only cool part of the game is the tanks. Other than that the game sucks....AND the worst part for me is the time it takes to get into a server and in between map changes..(like 3-4minutes)....(maybe its my comp..but I don't think so).
So if you guys and gals are looking for a fast action type FPS(first person shooter)game...this ain't it....I would rather play COD than this game.

Kixx

I disagree entirely. I'd take this over Call of Duty any day. The slower pace makes for a more interesting game, in my opinion. Only people who like ramboing endlessly wouldn't enjoy it. And when I think about it, even then, you could, as it would provide a challenge, and certainly be more rewarding upon your success.
