Here is some new DOD Allied skins that Frosty1 did for us. Check them out and let him know what you think. They are compressed in the .rar format. If you need a .rar program I use winrar. It works great and is downloadable off the web

These are the allied player skin I have edited. Allied skins of the 5th Rangers. Dirty and bloody with camo faces.Rank insignia for each class. File includes install readme,screenshot,helmet model and player models. BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED

as much as i play DoD, i really dont know much about pc's. how would i exactly go about getting the skins installed and working with DoD?

I sent this to ganja. Don't think he got it working yet but this explanation might help you.

Browse to c:\program files\steam\steamapps\<your email>\day of defeat\dod

In that folder if you have no models folder then create it.
Enter the models folder.
If you have no player folder then create it. (in the models folder)
Enter the player folder.
If you have no us-inf folder then create it (in the player folder)

The rar file that was posted has 3 mdl files in it. The helmet mdl you
need to put in
<email>\day of defeat\dod\models
The other 2 mdls files should be put in
<email>\day of defeat\dod\models\player\us-inf

After you extract the 3 files to the right spots make sure you browse to thos folders and make sure those files are in the right spots. If they're not just cut/paste to move them.

but remeber u have to make seperate folder inside the player folder for each mdl file!!!

woot, thanks for your help LJ..I got it going, ya I just had to cut and paste them in. They we in the right spots kind've I just had to move them back so they were in the main us-inf folder, it seems that when i extracted them they made there own us-inf folder inside the original if that makes any sense. Anyways thanx alot for your help bro.
