I don't play source much but one thing that would help are BOTS. I don't know if steam is offering them yet (this might be pointless) but if there are BOTS it definitely helps get the ball rolling. No one wants to join a completely empty server and run around. I'll try and give source a shot again when I have time.

Not sure bots are very necessary at this point the Ville 1 has been packed lately.
