even if i do a clean install of windows? you think it'll get worse? |
Yeah like simple said, bad sectors on a hard drive are completly different then corrupted files on a hard drive. A corrupted file can be deleted and written over but a bad sector is completly unusable. Since bad sectors of a hard drive are basically a malfunction of the device itself, your best bet is to assume its going to get worse. Also you might want to check the brand and model of hard drive you have, it could possible be under warranty still and you could get a new one free. Of course its possible that you may never have any issues with the rest of the disk going bad, but in my experience once it starts going it usually snowballs. _________________ Killing is my bidness ladies and BIDNESS IS GOOD!!!! |
