So I was driving down the road in my Diesel Truck when the whole damn engine just dropped out on the road. The mechanic said it was to far gone to fix and said a new crate motor would be just the ticket.
so I got on the internet and found this replacement motor. They are a little backed up on delivery and I think some suspension work may be needed!! _________________ Only in America......do they have drive-up ATM machines with Braille lettering. |

my dad told me about places he worked at where the engine bore for engines like those were about 6 feet. _________________ R.I.P. Blue |

I worked on a 24 cylinder Clark once. It had an 8' fly wheel. Ran on natural gas though. 400--500 RPM engine, but the turbo charger had it's own building. It ran at about 22K to 25k RPM. _________________

I think I saw a feature on that engine (or the company) in an episode of Modern Marvels on the History Channel. I think it was their "biggest machines" episode. _________________ Support wildlife. Throw a party! |
