well i use xfire nad its fine but i have to ask the people that use it? does it take a while for u to log into it?

mine takes so long to connect and log in and then it takes like 5 mins for it to close, pice of crap!

no problems here.. only time it disconnects me is.... once when they updated it..... I have build 16283....

i had it before..it messed with all my DOD controls..i wouldnt move from side to side or from front to back

It is basically a instant messaging program for gamers, tells me which servers those on my friends lists are playing on, and if I send a msg to them, it pops up (but not out of game) so that you can reply without alt + tabbing to windows (just Scroll lock + x to pop up ur chat windows, and again to minimize em).
Keeps track how long you've played what too so you can see just how addicted to a certain game you are
Right now I can tell you Mr. WoJ is playing NS on the CTS server, and I can join him there if I wanted by clicking the play button. Also tells me Mr. Cobra is playing DoD on TV7 which I could also join him. Tells you how many people are on the server as well, and your ping there. They've fixed it from when I first tried it, now works a heck of a lot better.

mine works fine the only time it takes a little while to log is when i have to update, then it makes me sign in like 3 times

mines fine, cant say ive ever had a problem with log in. but mine starts with windows, and pc only gets reboot once maybe twice a week and i tend to be doing other things while it does it.

you have to look at it this way, its like steam friends with one minor diffrance, it works....

I like X-fire...but it does take about a minute or so to log on...not always but quite abit....
other games I play are :
Battlefield 2
Cod 2
Halo - ( not good at all at this game)
Delta Force - BHD and Extreme
kixxd = x-fire name....add me if ya want.
