I dont know if any of you use one of these but I tried this one and it did seem to make a difference.

It showed me that I needed to turn up the juice.

Of course this will play with your registery...so back it up.

Im not a brain about this stuff so this was pretty painless for me.

I also was testing my connection and I dont know if those testers are accurate but my cable runs at
download speed : 4186711 bps, or 4088 kbps.
A 511 KB/sec transfer rate.
Your upload speed : 511520 bps, or 499 kbps.
All for 14.75 a month!
