Favorite Gaming Genre.. other than first person shooter

Thought I would ask this since I play a lot of differnt types of games, I would have to give second place to me to

Real Time Strategy
followed closely by

MMORPG (Everquest hehe)
(Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game... for anyoen that didn't know)

Gaming genre.... RPG (Diablo and D2 are RPGs, right?) That's #1 on my list

Games like Caesar III and the SimCity series... I don't want to say RTS since I don't really like StarCraft and games like those nearly as much.

not counting the 4 other I deleted. I have been playing that game way to long.

RPGs like Final Fantasy!! But of course teamplay-based firstperson shooters by far are my favorite.

Games, particularly RPGs, with either insanly linear(Max payne, most of the Final fantasy games) or insanly dynamic plots(Fallout2). Not sure what those are called.

Mass chaos games like GTA and state of emergency come in close fourth.

And that international dance floor game at my local mall is loco, yo.

hehe I can't wait for Shadowbane either. Have you heard or read anything about the game Horizons. It looks REALLY nice.

I am also waiting on shadowbane but it doesnt look as far as graphics goes im sure a person with a Vodoo3 could play this game on highest 3D setting, other than that i think the game will be awesome...ALSO the new World of Warcraft looks amazing..

My first luv in gaming is Online Multiplayer RTS games (*gasp*)

Star Craft
AOE
Kohan
Empire Earth

Next is the FPS games like TFC and Unreal Tournament. I like RPG and Turn based Stratagy games. Bottom line is I prefer most any game where I get to compete against REAL people or competant AI and it isn't too repetitive so that I get bored. I did start out with the usual puzzle solving Zelda type games which used to be my favorite a long long time ago. I like any arcade type game that is FAST and INTENSE. Heck I even like board games and card games.....

I think I just like GAMES
