I've had the problem too, but not in the past 2 days. Really annoying when ur trying to get into a full server but it wont let you.

hopefully they come out with an update im getting tired of trying to connect 3 or 4 times and then getting the error again and then luckly getting in the next time

It's a problem with Steam after a recent update. I get it sometimes too - only with DoD tho. Anyway, just keep on connecting until it lets you. Also if you guys didn't already know full Steam 3 is coming soon (i heard it in an interview with Valve's founder). Right now everyone runs Steam 2 and parts of Steam 3. Soon it'll just be Steam 3. Friends etc. will be fixed plus im assuming you won't get the error anymore.

that topic is another thread i believe in dod source interview or geeral ramblings and there still will be steam 2 they want them to co exist for the time being becuz alot of people might like dod better then dods so ya

nazislaya is talking about steam2 and steam3. that has nothing to do with dod or dods in any way.

steam3 is nothing more then steam with less bugs. like in example a friendslist that actually works. it has nothing to do what so ever with the games you do or do not play.

dods is steam 3 source is steam 3 and normal dod is steam 2
