I don't much like racing games, but the ones that I do play, I usually end up seeing how badly I can get my car (and others in the process) damaged

When it does come out, be assured that anyone who wishes to compete against me in the car destroyer thing will be pwned :grin:

Let me go ahead and be the big loser here and say I hate racing games, I cannot stand them, have never played a single one that I even remotely enjoyed and I've played plenty. But again that is my humble opinion

Well it's not just racing. There is a "crash up" derby type level that sounds really fun! The racing is well, racing I guess. But I am all for car wars! I just can't believe they are making this mod. It truly has nothing to do with HL!

Now if the cars had weapons like in Interstate '76, that would be something!

Actually this game is alot like a mod that was made for Quake I a long ass time ago. That was a pretty cool game since you could drive cars and airplanes, so I can't wait for this one.

There was this MOD for RUNE that I liked that was like that. RUNE is a 3rd person melee deathmatch type game set in old viking mythology.

But in this MOD you could hop up on different flying things and kickeachothers asses in huge aerial battles. Like nights fighting on horseback vs eachother. But substitute knights with burly Vikings and hulking Undead demon monsters, and horses for Giant Beetles, Flying Lizards, huge dragonflies, Flying 18 wheeler sized eel, and a big Ole Angler Fish. Then fly up and around punding and slashing eachother with hammers and maces, swords and axes, fireballs and lightning and oh boy it was cool.
