I just downloaded it and tried it out, it's pretty awesome (hehe silly nazis speaking in german). I think that would be a good idea to have it run on II. OR put several different mods on II (like CS, vampire slayer, firearms, etc) because its always empty there.

I'm all for DOD on II. I just played it for about 5 hours straight. I really like it. V.2 is waaay better than the first edition.

I agree... DoD would look pretty good on 2.

I would like to play it on a Ville server because quality servers are very hard to find at times.

I recommend Monk's DOD server, or the Speakeasy DOD server. Both run anti cheat software.

Yeah I've played on Monk's server. It's a good server. Yeah they have done a lot to improve DOD with this latest patch. Did you figure out the machine gunner? When you are in the "prone" position, hit your seconday button (the one you hit to zoom in with sniper) this will steady the gun. Just wish you could prime those nades!

Ramelle is a really well done map! It's straight out of Saving Private Ryan! Right down to the woman singing on the Victrola!

Yeah, I still can't get the TNT to work right. The machine gun rules if you can find a good spot to camp out in.

I really don't like ramelle... It runs absolutely horribly on my computer, like 1 fps. I have a decent enough computer too, 766 mhz celeron with a voodoo 3 and 192 ram... It just runs really slow.

The TNT is an easy one. Pick up tnt and bring it to something that you can blow up. It uses itself automatically.

Ok I downloaded it no problem went into quickstart and got hooked up right away. This is good. Play, move ,communicate etc no problem. This is still good. I am able to stay in game for approx. 1 minute and get kicked right back to my desktop. This is no longer good.
Can anyone HELP me?

can someone plz help me with dod cuz i can;t get it to work. i install more then five times now but the game still won;t work for me it frezzes when i try to go online with it
