All servers are online just they are not showing correctly on the front page or the server pages. This will be fixed soon. Valve release an update which made some changes to the way queries to the servers work.
Also.. You may notice some 3rd party programs (ASE, HLSW, etc) are not working. You will need to update these programs to function properly.
All is fine within steam.
So for now you will have to go in steam to see the servers

Update - I've fixed the front page short status, but the extended status pages have not been fixed yet. Enjoy.
