Does your P2P program install spyware on your PC?

The people over at Spywareinfo have posted an article that tells which P2P programs have spyware installed with them and which ones do not install spyware on your PC.

Its a very good read and I think everyone should check it out to see if they can clean off the evil crappy spyware on their PCs.

I use Shareaza simply because it's clean... The only way you get Spyware is by downloading certain videos and music...

Interesting point, since my sister is home from university I decided to have a little test. I didn't scan for any spyware for two weeks, and made sure to barely use the internet. I found that there were aprox. 20 different types of spyware after that two week period...

i use ares lite, winmx, torrent, and have limewire and kazaa installed but dont really use them.
