good and bad news... i got to fort drum... thinking i was going to 3rd BCT... which is leaving to afghan in like... 5 months... turns out.. they changed it.. and now im going to 1st bct... which is going to iraq in 2 months... i really dont know how to tell my family now... cuz i thought and told them that i was going to 3rd bct and afghan..... any suggestions?

There's nothing really you can do, just let them know and maybe see if you can get to visit them before you are sent. Anway, keep your head down and come back safe! Thanks for your duty!
