Concing is when medics and scouts use their concussion grenades to jump large gaps and scale buildings and other tall objects.

| by concing someone could also mean throwing a concussion grenade adn leaving the victim dizzy?!?!?! I thinking conc applies to any action that includes the concussion grenade |
