My boss wants me to find another phone like the blackberry and it MUST have good Microsoft Exchange capibility......

I just purchased a 7100t and like it more than my bosses HP 6315 Ipaq. The 7100t supports exchange or domino, if you have OWA access or some type of internet mail access. I use exchange5.5 and 2003, and I have been able to retreive and send mail without issue.

The problem I have with the Ipaq is that it is to complex for my boss. It has to many options and it gets him confused. With the blackberry it is straight forward and not complicated. Plus it is smaller and you dont look like an idiot if you use it as a phone.

My brother just bought a Palm treo. He likes it, but again for me I dont think it is what I wanted. Plus serveral companies are frowning upon phones with cameras. We do business with BP and they will not let you in certian places with a camera phone. The blackberries will never have a camera for that reason.

Cingular also has a 7100g which is the same, but you might like their network better. They are just more expensive to use.
