How true! Took me into my 40's to try it, now I am trying new pieces & rolls each time I go. In the hands of a skilled sushi chef, it can be a true art form.

in recent years (during cold war) the chinese were encouraged to resort to canibalism....with lack of food, over population, and no money because of the communist government they were ENCOURAGED to eat humans....scary stuff....even though we eat all other animals....

If you buy the Kosher Hotdogs - Hebrew National - They are all real beef, casing and all.

I've tried that, but can't seem to get over the chewy-ness thing. And an unhealthy fear of those tentacles...........
