Pornstar, I use Microsoft PhotoDraw and Adobe Photoshop to convert them. (and I used my space on The Ville to house it.)

I use Paint Shop Pro. Also, Win XP comes with Image Composer that I have been playing around with a little. If you e-mail pics to me I will convert them for you if you do not have any photo editing programs. :smile:
