Oh well, never fear, Valve once again has not let us down. According to PC Gamer, the early spring release is now slated for this summer. It should come as no shock to anyone that no specific date was given.

Valve didn't bother this year with an E3 display booth so speculation is no announcement for TFC 2. Although, Valve is sharing a booth with Microsoft showing off the XBox version of Half Life 2. Guess I'll just wait for TFC Source. Least the mod community hasn't forgotten 'bout us.
