My monitor has been sitting at FedEx in Portland since Sunday night. Since new egg does not allow customers to pick up at Fed Ex before a delivery attempt is made I am going crazy..

| i think that is fed ex's policy. ive had that happen many times where its sitting there and i need it. once it was a next day package i absolutely needed, and they screwed up on delivery and wouldnt let me pick it up. man was i pissed. |
