I just read the first couple of pages of this and it seems very interisting. its about recognising tht you're dreaming and taking advantage of your dream and doing wahtever you want.

It takes a lot of... well, kind of "hard work" to be able to lucid dream, but it is really interesting. I used to really be into all of that. Most helpful thing to getting started, is definately keeping a "Dream Journal".

im going to actually try to attain lucid dreaming. i thought, why not. So ill get back to you all in a month or so and tell you if i can do it or not.

Did it a couple of times. It's REALLY cool, you should try. It's also a lot of work to keep dreaming while you know that you're in a dream; a little mistake and it goes *poof*  |

I do that a lot.. without the little mistakes. it is fun... and informative I think. I never really "practiced" it.. it happens when it happens... normally about ... 3 times a month... but oh well
