Im sure shockwave will take it.
BTW, all barrel aged alcohols taste smokey (they char the barrels before they put the alcohol in them). The stuff you drink was actually filtered through charcoal between being distilled and being barrell aged. It supposedly smoothes it out. However, I am more of a blended whiskey fan myself. Not a tennessee style (like jd) or kaintuck bourbon (like jim beam) fan. The whiskey in my sig is a blend btw, and its dirt cheap. But that is probably because there isn't any import duty passed on to the conumer, as there is with all the Canuckistani whiskeys (which is the one reason Canada will continue to exist, the world needs their whiskey, and the US government needs the tariff duties). |

Yeah, if you drink JD straight it can be a little harsh. That is why some people I know mix it with water... they're weaklings. I myself like Crown, straight or mixed.
There is another good one out there called Bookers Bourbon, but it is pricey and you get the barrel flavor it in more than JD because it is bottled right from the barrel. It is real good for an every once in awhile drink. It is a decendent from Jim Bean and each bottle has its own proof. _________________

I agree with Powder. SoCo def. blows Jack away.
Jack is still good,
100 proof SoCo puts me in an angry drunken rage though,
its amusing. _________________
