If you have a place to upload your picture to the internet your in business.
That is why he said email it to him. He's offering his web space to post it. Then put this in your signature area

or in my case it looks like this...

[ img]http://hldeathclan.homestead.com/files/adjusted_ville_3.jpg[/img]


I had to put a space after the first bracket so it would not just show the picture.
