DoD beta 3.1 on Steam yay!

If any of you guys miss 3.1, or if you started playing with retail (like moi) there are Steam servers running DoD 3.1. A lot of old school players who've been around from the first beta will say that 3.1 was the best version of DoD. It's a whole lot of fun, most of Pub-X (and some other random joiners) was playing it last night for hours, some VD88 guys are playing with us tonight, hopefully we can get about about ten or more of us.

I made a little fun video from a three on three Anzio round from last night, the instructions on how to download the game and install it are on the vid. Here:

If you wanna play tonight, just follow the instructions at the very end of the video. There are only about four servers running 3.1, so it'll be easy to tell where everyone is if you simply enter the game and search for servers. If you've got any questions just #pub-x on gamesurge.

I always preferred 1.3 beta myself. Right before 2.0 came out and I played
the hell out of it. Like 1.0 beta, but with less bugs and some cool ass maps
you never saw again. Plus, you could still 1-hit pwn with Garand!
