Most CAL I rifles (like Rizzo ^) use between 1.0 and 2.0 sens. for their rifles. If it works for you, just leave it as is. But it's easier to use a higher sens. for heavy weapons like the BAR, then decreasing it over time, eventually a high sens. isn't necessary since you've got the control skillz, a lower sensitivity just allows you to be more precise.

Ten--appreciate the video. Nice BAR-work. Gotta love the cross-Ava headies.

Also, appreciate the Steam<->HD "diagram" as that's exactly what my 40 GB hard drive is going through while I wait for an RMA on my 160 GB. The cameo appearance of the "white" model is also nice, as I've been trying to figure out if I should re-render every single time a model gets swtiched (Gordon Freeman makes a guest appearance in one clip of mine) or just deal since I'm not trying to make a Rizzo quality film.

Scuse me?

I'm thinking you are doing something I don't because no matter how I want, I can't prevent my BAR from jumping in my hand at low sens, or my mouse is not good enough. Are you using a script that increase sens as you shoot?

I love using that trick in the back alley of donner by opening the door backwards, then jumping on it. It confuses a lot of people. A certain Sajak taught us that awhile ago.

Lower sensitivity works better for rifles because it allows more precise aim. Higher works better for the heavys(bar,44) beacuse it helps you control recoil better. I just bind a key to my sensitivity settings:

bind "F4" "sensitivity 4"
bind "F3" "sensitivity 2"

That way I can switch to a higher sens when I pick up a heavy and switch back to lower when I have a rifle. I think ten uses something similiar. Plus, controlling the bar recoil takes some practice, but it becomes pretty easy to control it with your mouse. after a while, it just happens without even thinking about it.

Rizzo actually showed me that trick before our very first match.

pfffft have ur wisdom teeth pulled during boot camp by a military doctor who took an hour a tooth and pulled the wrong tooth so you got 5 teeth yanked out with only local anisthetic that began to wear of by the 3rd tooth and no meds allowed but tylonol(sp)

Yeah they did that to guys in marine boot camp and ony gave them 2 days of light duty. I felt sorry for those guys. They were swollen up like chipmunks, spitting up blood running 3 days after surgery.

When I had my wisdom teeth pulled I was only swollen up for about 4 days. My friend was swollen for only 2 days, but his head was like twice the size as normal.
